What do you most like about working in HR?
The ability to make a real difference in organisations to both employee satisfaction and enjoyment as well as improving productivity and business profitability. I help people enjoy their day and feel good about what they do. I really enjoy the variety of meeting different people at all levels of organisations in all different types of roles and I like to help by supporting and guiding them. Not only so that they feel good about their work but they can do it better or with a different approach.
